ELREON Ventures International Business Coaching Terms and Conditions

Upon payment and requesting the services of Elreon Ventures International or its Coaches, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Service
The client agrees to a Business Coaching Service, which is limited to the activities specified on the invoice to the client. Business Coaching Services excludes any systems and external services that may be required to execute the developed strategy. The client agrees to act with honesty, as this information is critical during the coaching process and strategic development phase. The client understands that the success of the coaching relies fully on the client and the client’s access to the necessary resources, including time to execute the coaching activities.

Phase 1 of Coaching is the strategy development stage, which can take up to 12 hours. The outcome of Phase 1 is a business strategy, with a business model and if requested a financial model.

Phase 2 of Coaching is the systematic testing, experimenting and implementation of the business model. This phase takes place on weekly 1.5 hour coaching sessions at a time agreed between the client and the coach, and is billed on a monthly retainer basis. During these sessions, client provides feedback on activities completed for the week, and activities of the next week is planned. A weekly reflection is then provided, which are critical for the client’s learning growth processes.

Minimum Monthly Contractual Period
The coaching contract for Phase 2 is a month to month contract, and can be cancelled a month in advance.

Refund
There is no refund for one-on-one coaching. This is because intellectual property is shared and time is spent on the development of the entrepreneur, which will benefit the entrepreneur.

Session Cancellation and Reschedule
The cancelling of sessions should be communicated at least 24 hours before the session. A new date can be arranged if available. Particularly during phase 2, if a new date is not available, then the client will forfeit the date, but can communicate any feedback for the week via email or WhatsApp at his or her convenience, whereby the Coach will provide brief feedback.

Force Majeure
Elreon Ventures International LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Elreon Ventures International LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.
No Guarantee
The client acknowledges and agrees that Elreon Ventures International LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
Non-Disclosure
Neither party will disclose any intellectual property developed or communicated during the coaching engagement to third parties, unless agreed so in writing beforehand.
Use as Case and for Research
Consent to use case in coaching as a case study or for research purposes will be requested by the coach before such use.
